My problem remains unresolved

In spite of my emailing asking for help, I receive "solutions" that do NOT address my problem. I cannot get into the app, my email and password are not recognised and so I am unable to get into it at all to update payment details as my c card is changed.

I am so frustrated and worried I will incur late payment charges through NO fault of my own. I would like to speak to someone rather than waste time getting email responses that dont help at all

Useless, appaling and needs to be shutdown

The issue that I am experiencing is that , My account has been randomly selected for identity verification, resulting in a spending restriction. The case was initiated on August 14th, and I have submitted three pieces of evidence to verify my identity as requested.

All required documentation was provided by Friday, August 15th, following their last communication. This included a screenshot of my banking app statements, which displayed my card number to confirm account ownership as requested. Despite this, I have not received any updates from Clearpay. This situation is causing significant frustration, as I have sent multiple follow-up emails.

Furthermore, scheduled payments are being processed from my card. I have escalated this matter to the Resolver platform in hopes of facilitating a more timely resolution, given the absence of direct phone support. The customer service experience has been less than satisfactory on this platform, mirroring the issues encountered on their website.

Specifically, I have found the responses to be unhelpful and unrelated to my concerns regarding the unfreezing of my account. Furthermore, the ongoing case is being handled by a succession of different agents, each requesting repeated account verification, which is proving to be quite frustrating, as they do not appear to be familiar with the case details or offering any solutions.

Poor management and staff service

Had a manager telephone me today as I had an issue with a refund. For months, I have been chasing a refund, and the customer service had been a joke; in fact, there was no customer service.

The manager telephoned me today, and he seemed incompetent and simply didn't care; his attitude was unprofessional. They have a culture of not having policies in place, so customers have a time frame to hear back. Not to mention, when I was still talking, the manager cut the conversation and said we’re not getting anywhere, and he ended the call when I was still requesting a subject access request for my communication and complaints details. Rude and unprofessional, and we live in a world now where businesses do not have the level of services.

When this happens, you can no longer use their services. Don't spend where they disrespect you and keep you waiting for months without a refund or basic communication.

It seems Clearpay manipulates reviews! Reporting them to Trading Standards and the Financial Ombudsman!

Tried to open an account and was told I had an account 5 years ago and an outstanding balance of £49.22! Emails with them, hours of messaging back and forth and trying to sort this and repay the debt I didn't know I had with them, being made to believe I can then use their services again. But lo and behold, once I paid this, I got a message saying they will NEVER offer me their services again!

Imagine the cheek! Their fraudulent tactics to get me to pay will absolutely be reported!

They clearly won't give me a refund, and I didn't receive my item. They believed a seller who lied!

Now I'm paying for a purchase that never arrived. Awful, and I will never use them again.

Very disappointing, as I sent over evidence and still wasn't believed that I didn't receive the order. Never will I use them again.

TROUBLE GETTING INTO ACCOUNT

I recently had to change my bank card due to security concerns. Unfortunately, the card I had to destroy was the one I had on my Clear Pay account.

I was notified that my payment was rejected on Sunday. I tried to access my account on multiple occasions on that Sunday; however, I was unsuccessful, as I no longer have the card that I used on the account.

I have the money in my account, I just can't sign into my account. I also can't find a number to get in touch with you.

Hi Clearpay. I urgently need to talk to someone at Clearpay .

I cant find any telephone number on your website . Its regarding my account that has been restricted by you due to overdue payments that I have already cleared out .

I already reported it to you that my bank card was cancelled due to some fraud transactions.

As soon as I received my card I made all the payments that were overdue

But when I was going to pay at the checkout today using the Clearpay options, its not allowing me to pay and keep saying that I have to pay the overdue payments that I have already made . Can you please call me to discuss this matter . I am a loyal regular customer and would like to remain as one .

Resolved: I ordered a, chair for £149 from Wowcher on the 10th October to be delivered on 15 / 17th October and it didn't arrive because I was unable to complete the voucher at, the checkout. Meaning my order .

I have been contacted by, clearpay today and sent an email with all my order, details and information. Also the, Debit Card Refund Bank.

Wowcher should start checking, records and sorting this matter out. Instead of wasting any more of my time, money and energy.

What an absolute shambles, with a voucher at checkout to cause a person such irritability and unnecessary, stress!!. These, multimillionaire's have all the technology / recording and order tracking systems and can't register the fact, that a simple online order of a chair £149 on the 10th October to be paid in 4 installments to clearpay didn't process entirely, due to your stupid voucher!!??.

As a result, of not completing/ redeeeming the voucher at checkout my chair was never delivered or the order couldn't process. I have been, continually asked for payments?.

I'm not, going to pay for anything I haven't received.

you need to contact, Wowcher immediately regarding this matter and i want it, resolved asap. All my order details are, correct I still have it all written down.

Building up debt as I can't log in to pay

I've contacted Clearpay via their site numerous times to try to pay an installment, without a successful outcome (I didn't need to log in to do this, but all I get is some robotic, completely useless email acknowledgment). I've resorted to thinking that I'll have to give up and wait for a letter from their debt collectors, hoping they'll have a telephone number and will allow me to pay.
