They clearly won't give me a refund, and I didn't receive my item. They believed a seller who lied!
Now I'm paying for a purchase that never arrived. Awful, and I will never use them again.
Very disappointing, as I sent over evidence and still wasn't believed that I didn't receive the order. Never will I use them again.

I recently had to change my bank card due to security concerns. Unfortunately, the card I had to destroy was the one I had on my Clear Pay account.
I was notified that my payment was rejected on Sunday. I tried to access my account on multiple occasions on that Sunday; however, I was unsuccessful, as I no longer have the card that I used on the account.
I have the money in my account, I just can't sign into my account. I also can't find a number to get in touch with you.

Preferred solution: I just want to access my account to change my card details to my current debit card.

I cant find any telephone number on your website . Its regarding my account that has been restricted by you due to overdue payments that I have already cleared out .
I already reported it to you that my bank card was cancelled due to some fraud transactions.
As soon as I received my card I made all the payments that were overdue
But when I was going to pay at the checkout today using the Clearpay options, its not allowing me to pay and keep saying that I have to pay the overdue payments that I have already made . Can you please call me to discuss this matter . I am a loyal regular customer and would like to remain as one .

Cannot log on
I cannot log into my account as cant remember password. Cant reset password as it ask me to log in the first 6 didigits of my account no which I dont know either. All I want to do is pay off my bill

Verified Reviewer |Resolved: I ordered a, chair for £149 from Wowcher on the 10th October to be delivered on 15 / 17th October and it didn't arrive because I was unable to complete the voucher at, the checkout. Meaning my order .
I have been contacted by, clearpay today and sent an email with all my order, details and information. Also the, Debit Card Refund Bank.
Wowcher should start checking, records and sorting this matter out. Instead of wasting any more of my time, money and energy.
What an absolute shambles, with a voucher at checkout to cause a person such irritability and unnecessary, stress!!. These, multimillionaire's have all the technology / recording and order tracking systems and can't register the fact, that a simple online order of a chair £149 on the 10th October to be paid in 4 installments to clearpay didn't process entirely, due to your stupid voucher!!??.
As a result, of not completing/ redeeeming the voucher at checkout my chair was never delivered or the order couldn't process. I have been, continually asked for payments?.
I'm not, going to pay for anything I haven't received.
you need to contact, Wowcher immediately regarding this matter and i want it, resolved asap. All my order details are, correct I still have it all written down.

I've contacted Clearpay via their site numerous times to try to pay an installment, without a successful outcome (I didn't need to log in to do this, but all I get is some robotic, completely useless email acknowledgment). I've resorted to thinking that I'll have to give up and wait for a letter from their debt collectors, hoping they'll have a telephone number and will allow me to pay.

I go on the Clear Pay app and select Amazon to shop. I then add a payment method and manage to create my one-time payment card.
However, where it should highlight for you to click 'Add Payment Card' and continue, it remains grey and does not highlight. So, I cannot press the button to continue. As a result, my purchase has failed. I have tried several times on different days and at different times.
I tried the help bot who said someone would look into it and call me back.
That was around 5 days ago and I haven't heard a word.

I ordered a headboard from Amazon, order number 400380****35, for which Amazon charged £38.99. Clearpay then charged me £68.99!
This is double the weekly payment. I've been trying to sort it out online and have now been charged a late payment fee for the overcharged item. I have made three requests for this to be sorted and nothing has been done. All I got was a £9 reduction.
So, the Clearpay fee on a £38.99 item was £21???
Disgusting customer service. I will never use it again!
